The user expressly acknowledges that the platform is an analytical support tool intended solely to facilitate the visualization of potential market conditions and setups, without implying validation, recommendation, or guarantee of any such configurations.
All information provided by the platform, including but not limited to signals, price levels, entry zones, market structures, rating classifications, operational statuses, or any other system-generated output, is provided strictly for informational purposes and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading guidance.
Under no circumstances shall the platform be interpreted as suggesting the purchase, sale, holding, or closing of positions in any financial instrument, whether explicitly or implicitly.

The user acknowledges that trading financial instruments, including but not limited to stocks, foreign exchange (forex), cryptocurrencies, indices, financial derivatives, contracts for difference (CFDs), and similar products, is subject to constant fluctuations capable of producing rapid and unpredictable adverse price movements.
The use of leverage, margin, or derivative instruments substantially increases exposure to risk and may generate losses exceeding the capital initially invested, as well as obligations to provide additional funds to maintain open positions.
The user accepts that even under apparently favorable conditions or technical setups considered high probability, market behavior may move contrary to expectations, thereby invalidating prior analysis and producing negative outcomes.
Furthermore, the user acknowledges that factors such as market liquidity, slippage, order execution, extreme volatility, institutional market manipulation, unexpected macroeconomic events, technological failures, or interruptions in trading services may directly impact trading results.
The platform does not guarantee, under any circumstances, risk reduction, capital protection, proper execution of strategies, or the achievement of profitable results, regardless of the quality or perceived accuracy of the information presented.
The user expressly accepts that all trading and investment activities in financial markets are conducted entirely at the user's own risk, with full awareness of the potential financial consequences arising from such decisions, including scenarios involving total or partial loss of capital.
The user declares, acknowledges, and agrees that all decisions related to investing, trading, capital management, or the execution of financial market transactions shall be made entirely independently, autonomously, and under the user's sole judgment, responsibility, and personal evaluation, without any direct, indirect, or determinative influence from the platform.
Use of the platform does not constitute, replace, or substitute the user's own independent analysis, financial education, trading experience, or consultation with qualified investment professionals, including certified financial advisors, portfolio managers, or regulated entities.
The user acknowledges that the information presented by the platform is general in nature, non-personalized, and not tailored to the user's particular circumstances. Therefore, any interpretation, application, or use of such information shall depend exclusively on the user's own judgment.

In this regard, the user expressly waives any claim, interpretation, or assumption of reliance upon the platform and acknowledges that use of the platform does not create any advisory, fiduciary, representative, agency, or management relationship that could imply responsibility for the user's financial decisions.

Gym Trade Academy shall not be liable for any losses, damages, incorrect decisions, or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or improperly interpreted information, regardless of the origin or cause of such inaccuracies.
The user acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to verify information through additional sources, cross-check relevant data, and conduct independent analysis prior to making any operational or financial decision.
The platform operates on a technological infrastructure composed of multiple layers of software, services, external integrations, and network components which, by their nature, are subject to technical limitations, operational failures, and events beyond the direct control of Gym Trade Academy.
The user acknowledges that total or partial service interruptions, performance degradation, response delays, data display errors, or temporary unavailability of functionalities may occur as a result of failures involving servers, networks, external providers, third-party services, or internal maintenance processes.
Additionally, the platform may experience software errors, code defects, logical failures in algorithms, calculation inconsistencies, time synchronization problems, or unexpected system behavior capable of affecting the precision or availability of displayed information.
The user accepts that updates, continuous improvements, deployment of new versions, or technical maintenance processes may result in changes to system behavior, scheduled interruptions, or modifications in the manner in which information is processed or displayed.
Furthermore, external factors such as internet connectivity failures, local device issues, browser configurations, hardware limitations, third-party software interference, or geographic restrictions may affect the proper use of the platform.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent continuity of service, or the absence of technical vulnerabilities. The user acknowledges that the use of digital systems inherently involves risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.
Gym Trade Academy shall not be liable for any losses, damages, incorrect decisions, or consequences arising from technical failures, service interruptions, operational errors, or system limitations, regardless of their origin or nature.
The user expressly accepts that use of the platform is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk with respect to its technical operation and agrees not to hold the platform liable for situations arising from technological events beyond its control.
The user acknowledges and agrees that any historical result, identified pattern, detected technical setup, or prior market behavior presented by the platform is provided solely for informational and descriptive purposes and shall not, under any circumstances, constitute a guarantee, reliable prediction, or assurance of future market performance.
Financial markets are subject to constant changes resulting from macroeconomic, geopolitical, regulatory, technological, and psychological factors that may substantially alter price dynamics and invalidate setups or conditions that may previously have demonstrated certain levels of effectiveness.

Gym Trade Academy does not guarantee, under any circumstances, profitability, consistency of results, trading success, or fulfillment of the user's financial expectations, regardless of how the platform is used.
The user acknowledges that all activity within financial markets involves uncertainty and that future results cannot be determined with certainty. Accordingly, any expectation of performance must be considered speculative and subject to risk.
Consequently, the user accepts that the platform does not constitute an exact predictive tool, but rather an analytical resource intended to assist independent analysis without implying that past results represent a reliable basis for future financial decisions.
The user acknowledges, declares, and agrees that use of the platform is undertaken entirely at the user's sole and exclusive responsibility, with full awareness that any investment, trading, or capital management decision derived directly or indirectly from information provided by the platform shall be made independently and autonomously.
The platform provides informational and analytical tools that do not replace, under any circumstances, the user's personal judgment, financial education, market experience, or ability to evaluate risk.
The user assumes full responsibility for analyzing, interpreting, and validating the information provided by the platform according to their own criteria and for verifying such information using additional sources deemed appropriate before making any trading or financial decision.
Furthermore, the user acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to assess whether the information provided is suitable for their financial profile, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and individual economic circumstances, recognizing that the platform does not provide personalized financial analysis or recommendations.
The user accepts that the platform exercises no control over how information is used, interpreted, or applied in decision-making processes, nor over any results derived from such decisions within financial markets.
Accordingly, the user expressly releases Gym Trade Academy, including its owners, developers, affiliates, and collaborators, from any liability arising from improper, incorrect, or unsuitable use of the information provided by the platform.
The user acknowledges that any outcome obtained, whether positive or negative, is the direct consequence of the user's own actions and decisions, without any causal relationship attributable to the platform beyond the mere provision of general information.
The user accepts that use of the platform does not establish any advisory, fiduciary, agency, representation, or investment management relationship and that no liability may therefore be imposed upon the platform in connection with independently made decisions.
Finally, the user declares that they fully understand the risks associated with financial markets and assume complete responsibility for all consequences arising from their activities, expressly releasing the platform from any future claims related to its use.
All elements comprising the platform, including but not limited to source code and object code, processing algorithms, detection logic, mathematical and statistical models, system architecture, data structures, analytical methodologies, user interfaces, visual design, user experience (UX), technical documentation, databases, content, texts, graphics, trademarks, trade names, as well as any derivative developments, updates, or future improvements, constitute the exclusive property of Gym Trade Academy and are protected under applicable national and international intellectual property, copyright, industrial property, trade secret, and related laws and regulations.
Access to the platform shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as granting any license, assignment, transfer, authorization, or right to reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, sublicense, distribute, commercialize, exploit, or otherwise use any component of the system for purposes other than those expressly permitted by the platform.
Any use of the platform for the development of competing or derivative products is strictly prohibited, including systematic data extraction, scraping, unauthorized automation, replication of functionalities, commercial benchmarking, or any attempt to reconstruct, reproduce, or emulate the internal functioning of the system, whether in whole or in part.
The user acknowledges that the platform's operational logic, analytical methodologies, and generated outputs constitute protected intangible assets, the unauthorized disclosure, reproduction, or misuse of which may cause significant economic harm to Gym Trade Academy.
Any unauthorized use of protected elements shall give rise to the exercise of all applicable legal remedies, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, civil actions, and, where applicable, criminal liability under relevant laws and regulations.
The user expressly agrees that any breach of the provisions contained in this section constitutes a direct violation of intellectual property rights, and Gym Trade Academy reserves the right to take immediate legal and operational measures to protect its interests, including suspension or termination of access to the service without prior notice.
Gym Trade Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, update, expand, restrict, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the platform and any of its functionalities, features, modules, structures, algorithms, or related services.
Such modifications may include, without limitation, changes to the system's operational logic, analytical methodologies, data presentation formats, feature availability, or access models, without creating any entitlement to compensation for the user.
The user acknowledges that the continuous evolution of the platform forms part of its technological nature, and that modifications may be implemented for purposes including performance improvement, user experience optimization, error correction, adaptation to changing market conditions, or the introduction of new functionalities.
Furthermore, the platform may experience temporary interruptions resulting from maintenance procedures, updates, technological migrations, implementation of improvements, or operational adjustments, which may partially or completely affect service availability during such processes.
Gym Trade Academy does not guarantee that current functionalities will remain available indefinitely, nor that the system will permanently maintain any specific structure, behavior, or feature set. The user acknowledges that the service may evolve over time.
The user accepts that such modifications may affect the manner in which the platform is used, including changes to the interface, generated results, or analytical logic, without such modifications constituting any breach or failure by the service provider.
Under no circumstances shall Gym Trade Academy be liable for losses, damages, operational interruptions, or consequences arising from modifications to the service, whether such modifications are planned or implemented as necessary technical or operational adjustments.
Continued use of the platform following the implementation of any modification shall constitute the user's tacit acceptance of such changes, acknowledging that the service may evolve without prior notice.
The user acknowledges and agrees that use of the platform must at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the user's jurisdiction, including but not limited to regulations relating to financial markets, consumer protection, digital technologies, intellectual property, anti-financial crime measures, and any other applicable legal provisions.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in their country of residence or in any jurisdiction from which access to the service is obtained.
Gym Trade Academy does not guarantee that use of the platform is appropriate, lawful, or permitted in every jurisdiction and assumes no responsibility for any violation of local laws or regulations by the user.
The user agrees not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, illegal speculative, market manipulation, abusive informational, or otherwise unlawful activities, including any conduct contrary to applicable law or accepted financial market practices.
Furthermore, the user agrees not to use the platform to develop, promote, or facilitate activities that may violate financial or regulatory laws, including unauthorized financial advisory services, unlicensed third-party fund management, or unlawful intermediation in financial markets.
The user acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to remain informed regarding all legal and regulatory obligations applicable to them, including any tax, accounting, reporting, or compliance obligations arising from their financial market activities.
Gym Trade Academy reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform in the event of conduct that may reasonably be considered contrary to applicable law, regulation, or internal service policies, without creating any entitlement to compensation.
The user expressly releases Gym Trade Academy from any liability arising from misuse of the platform in violation of applicable legal or regulatory requirements and accepts that any resulting legal, administrative, or financial consequences shall be the user's sole responsibility.
This section governs the conditions applicable to the subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies associated with the services provided through Institutional Scanner (the “Platform”). By purchasing any available subscription plan, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
Institutional Scanner is a digital service providing access to market analysis tools based on institutional trading logic. Access to the Platform is granted immediately upon payment confirmation and constitutes non-tangible digital content delivered in real time for personal and non-transferable use.
Once payment has been successfully processed, access to the subscribed plan is automatically enabled, allowing the user to utilize the functionalities corresponding to the purchased subscription level (FREE or PRO).
Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate granting of access upon payment confirmation, all subscriptions are deemed final and non-refundable.
By completing the payment process, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
To the extent permitted by applicable electronic commerce and digital services laws, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that, due to the immediate delivery of digital content, the user waives any applicable right of withdrawal, cancellation, rescission, or cooling-off period once access to the service has commenced.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the renewal date. Cancellation means that:
Unless expressly canceled by the user, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the contracted billing cycle (monthly, annual, or otherwise), and the user authorizes the corresponding charges using the registered payment method.
As an exceptional measure, the Platform may evaluate refund requests solely in cases involving serious technical failures directly attributable to the system, provided such failures completely prevent access to the subscribed service.

By registering and/or purchasing a subscription plan within the Platform, the user expressly declares having read, understood, and accepted this subscription, cancellation, and refund policy, which constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
Use of the platform constitutes the user's full, informed, conscious, and express acceptance of this Legal Notice and all conditions contained herein.
